Travel Photography Documentary – 26 Minutes
In cooperation with „South Africa Tourism“ Benjamin Jaworskyj was on the hunt for the largest predatory fish in the world – the great white shark. He started by visiting underwater specialist Rainer Schimpf in Port Elizabeth and wanted to join him in documenting the legendary Sardine Run. Unfortunately, persistently bad weather caused the plans to be thwarted. In distant Mosselbay and Gansbai, Jaworskyj then met with shark specialists to film and photograph both copper sharks and the longed-for white sharks while learning more about these fascinating creatures.
The production was filmed in German and English and both versions were released separately to reach an even broader audience.
